I always love going to the Joyce. A very comfortable venue with an intimate feeling. This particular performance I recently attended was special because of the live music. I really appreciate the diverse types of dance and dance theater that are showcased here, both the new and less familiar, but also well- established companies. Never boring!
First time at the Joyce to see Momix. The performance was fantastic and the theatre was comfortable and seemed like any seat would have a decent view. I was especially impressed by the stage and lighting design that created excellent immersion. Their upcoming lineup looks great so I'll be back!
I had a wonderful time watching my nephew's dance production. It was a great experience. The theater was just big enough. It was clean, and inviting.
As a fan of many forms of dance, I love going to Joyce theatre! The venue itself is really nice, and so far I enjoyed all the shows that I've seen. Highly recommend!
We loved the MOMIX December 2023 performance so much at the Joyce Theater that we returned for a second time to see the same performance from a different location in the theater. Both times were terrific! All great seats at The Joyce!!

Very well designed theater, relatively small, and there's not a bad seat in the house. Good space for a small live band offstage. The dance production I saw there was absolutely first rate, and the small live band was superlative. Highly recommended.
